In spirit of The Big Lebowski, DKA spent Friday April 15th bowling together in Pacifica.
On Friday March 11th, Delta Kappa Alpha members will enjoy a night in Japantown for food and singing! Nothing like off key notes and sushi to bond.
After our recruitment process was through and all of our members settled back into school, DKA hosted a trip for the members and new pledges to see Rocky Horror Picture Show on February 26th.
To wrap up the semester we wanted to treat Kappa Phi Epsilon and ourselves to a meal before finals week. Our goal was to relax and have a good meal before we are stuck at home studying.
Our second event was in November. We all put our cameras aside and got off our director chairs in order to sing our hearts out with a fellow Greek organization, Sigma Pie Alpha.
Our first event was on October 23rd. We combined our love for film and our wild side to bond with our brothers for a film scavenger hunt. DKA was split up into groups and received lists that they had to film. The list included: the entire team in a small space at the same time, team under signs (in order) spelling out “D” and “K” and “A”, give a team member a makeover, make up a workout routine and have people join, start a toga chant, and have someone say hello to your little friend. Needless to say, laughs were had when all the footage was screened.
